Presidents Day Adventures!

It’s the weekend!!!!

This weekend is a long one (that’s what she said). I’m kinda bummed that we can’t go somewhere cool with the kiddos but this Presidents Day weekend is special because my husband gets to spend it with us. I mean, he usually spends the WEEKEND but then has to work on Monday but not this time! So it’s a staycation. If you know anything about me, you know those are my speciality.

Yes, going away is super fun & important for mental restoration. But when you can’t commit to a full escape, mini escapes are just around the corner. All you have to do is look.

I don’t know what fun we’ll get into, but I’ll let you know. So far, we’ve found a Sasquatch museum (is that term still good? I feel Daryl from the Progressive commercial made it clear that “Big Foot” is out), bowling, hiking, climbing a big granite rock that some call a mountain… the list goes on.

BUT! A beach getaway is in our near future. It’s for my mental restoration.
